Booking with us is simple! Pick a retreat, follow the steps bellow and look forward to your next adventure.
• Fill out the booking form email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or complete an online form here (coming soon!).
• You will receive a confirmation email and banking details from us within 24 hours.
• Pay the deposit to secure your spot. Deposits must be paid at least 14 days before the start of the retreat. If a retreat is booked within 14 days of its commencement, the full amount is due.
• We will send you a confirmation email once we receive payment; as well as schedules, what to bring and directions closer to the date. You will also be invited to join a Facebook group to meet your fellow attendees and help co-ordinate ride shares.
• Pay any remaining fees at least one week before commencement of the retreat. Retreats must be paid for in full before arrival at the venue.
• Arrive, relax and enjoy. Once you are with us, we’ll take care of everything so that you can focus on what matters most.
